MEET OUR TEAM
Liz Toombs isn’t just your average decorator—she’s the sorority house whisperer! With her PDR Interiors team, Liz has transformed over 100 college campuses across 25 states into stunning spaces that sisters proudly call home.
A seasoned leader in the decorating world for the past 15 years, Liz’s journey began at the University of Kentucky, where she’s an alumna of Alpha Gamma Delta. Her passion for mentoring women stems from her own Greek life experiences, driving her dedication to enhancing sorority housing projects and preserving the cherished sisterhood atmosphere.
Liz isn’t just behind the scenes; she’s a trusted voice in the media spotlight, offering insights featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, The Associated Press, and Realtor.com. Her expertise even caught the attention of MSNBC’s “Your Business,” showcasing her knack for business savvy.
But Liz’s impact doesn’t stop there. In tribute to her late mother, Liz established The Mary Estes Memorial Scholarship at the University of Kentucky, providing support to students who have lost a parent to cancer—an initiative close to her heart.
When she’s not busy crafting dreamy sorority spaces, you’ll likely find Liz engrossed in a good book or singing loudly at a concert.
Erika Ross, our spirited Certified Interior Decorator, has been an essential part of the PDR Interiors team since 2015, starting as an intern and quickly rising through the ranks. A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky and a Louisville resident, Erika infuses every project with her fresh perspective and meticulous attention to detail.
Specializing in sorority clientele nationwide, Erika thrives on capturing each organization’s unique personality and campus vibe in her designs. For her, the most rewarding moment is witnessing the delight on chapter members’ faces when they see her meticulously executed vision come to life.
Off-duty, Erika treasures quality time with her family: husband Kyle, their son Beckham, whom they welcomed in 2021, and their lovable rescue pup, Kobe.
OUR AREAS OF FOCUS
A house is not a home until the owner feels comfortable in their surroundings. We meet with owners in their home to hear their needs, assess their goals and see their lifestyle first-hand. Are there children in the home? Pets? Do you like to entertain? Will there be a home office? We talk through these questions and put together a plan to create a home that is loved for generations.
We offer options as simple as space planning, color selection or decor for one room; or as large as selection for the whole house.
Greek houses are unique spaces. They require the durability of a commercial space, with the elegance and comfort of a residential one. We understand how to blend those characteristics to achieve a fresh, vibrant look that appeals to today’s collegians. Since 2011, our team has worked on more than 40 Greek projects across 22 states.
We tailor our work to fit the needs of the organization. Our projects range from updating a one-room suite to a major renovation or new build. Some projects require that we travel to the property, while others allow for us to consult remotely. Whatever your Greek decor dilemma is, we’d love to talk to you!
